Realer Studio Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Realer Studio! To ensure smooth operations and an excellent experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following booking policies before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is made via our booking portal.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is successful.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- To reschedule, contact us directly via email or phone with your new preferred date and time.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
- In case of emergencies, please reach out to us directly—we may provide a credit for a future booking at our discretion.
4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end as scheduled, regardless of arrival time.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later, we may shorten your session or consider it a no-show without refund.
5. No-Shows
- No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you’re unable to attend, kindly reschedule or cancel within the appropriate window.
7. Media & Content
- Content created during the session remains the property of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Force Majeure
- In cases of unforeseen events (natural disasters, illness, emergencies), Realer Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. Clients will be offered a full refund or credit in such cases.
